Hokkaido’s Halal Project

3 Japanese chefs travelled to Malaysia to attend a Halal Course and to understand the Halal concept. They went back to Hokkaido, Japan and got down to work to start turning their establishement into a Halal and Muslim-friendly concept. We seek to observe their journey into the wonderful world of Halal.
